All Questions
Most people haven’t — it’s not something you do often. It can be daunting, and I know there is often uncertainty in getting started. To make this easier I offer the below starter steps so you can dip a toe in and develop a plan.

1. Book a free call
I’m always happy to have a chat about your project, big or small. Book a free 10-minute phone or video chat. You can ask me any questions and I’ll get a sense of your project and how I can help.

2.  On-site consultation
For a one–off fee of $350 I will come to you (within metropolitan Melbourne). You can show me your property, and we can talk through your plans. Once I understand your needs, I will give you clear and honest guidance on how my service can help you.

Further afield? Get in touch — I travel for the right project.

3. The Feasibility Package
Maybe we’ve gone through steps 1 and 2, or maybe you already have a clear idea and want to get cracking. Either way, this one is for you.

For a fixed fee of $7,500 I will provide a feasibility package for your project. For a typical residential renovation or new build this includes:

  • A site visit from me. I take your brief and measure up your property
  • Analysis of applicable regulatory and planning constraints
  • Existing conditions drawings
  • Site analysis and design rationale
  • Up to 2 feasibility floor plan concepts with preliminary budgets
  • Material references and precedents
  • A presentation by me, either in person or online
